Get extra peace of mind with our extended warranty. On selected tools, you can extend your warranty for up to 10 years from the date of purchase. Your packaging will tell you exactly how long you’re eligible to extend, so keep it handy.
What’s Covered
We stand by the tools we make. When you register for an extended warranty, you’re covered for any faults in materials or workmanship that affect how your tool performs. If something goes wrong and it’s down to how the tool was made, we’ll put it right – whether that means a repair, a replacement, or a like-for-like alternative.
This includes issues like loose or detached handles, structural failures, faulty components, or any manufacturing defects that affect how the tool functions – as long as the warranty is registered within 30 days of receiving your tool.
We’ve built our tools to work hard – but like any tool, they need to be used as intended. The warranty doesn’t cover things like accidental damage, everyday wear and tear, or using the tool for jobs it wasn’t designed for.
